Lona is an AI-powered travel assistant application that provides:

• AI travel guide conversations and recommendations
• Personalized travel itinerary planning and generation
• Travel plan storage and management
• Attraction recommendations and travel guides

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You have the authority to enter into these Terms

6. Travel Risks and Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Lona and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lona and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your reliance on any information or recommendations provided by the App

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lona operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lona regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
